In accordance with the provisions of SECTION 8 of our Terms and Conditions, you are expressly informed that the acquisition of the "First Edition" piece implies, at your request and with your informed consent, the definitive physical engraving of your identity elements (First Name, Last Name, or Initials) onto a monumental steel artifact ("The Stele").

Due to the material, permanent, and unalterable nature of this physical medium, created for artistic purposes and historical archiving, the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") and the right to object cannot technically or legally be exercised on the physical Stele once the production and engraving of the artwork have begun. For the digital version (website), your rights to modify or withdraw your data remain applicable for legitimate reasons, as detailed in Section 8.4 of our Terms and Conditions.
