PRELIMINARY ARTICLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") govern, without restriction or reservation, the sales of items of the brand Julaï (eyewear and related boxes/accessories) offered on the website MaisonJulai.com (hereinafter the "Website") to consumers acting for non-professional purposes.
Validation of an order on the Website constitutes full and complete acceptance of the GTCS. The version of the GTCS accessible at the time of the order applies to the concluded contract.

ARTICLE 1 — SCOPE
- The GTCS apply to sales made through the Website to the serviced countries indicated at the time of the order.
- Any purchase for resale is prohibited. Julaï reserves the right to cancel abnormal orders (atypical quantities, fraudulent behavior).
- The GTCS prevail over any contradictory document, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ARTICLE 2 — IDENTIFICATION OF THE OFFEROR
The offers are made by Arius Holdings OÜ, a company under Estonian law operating the brand Julaï. For any questions regarding an order: contact@maisonjulai.com.
No postal address is displayed. Customer service and returns must first be initiated by e-mail to obtain a return authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
ARTICLE 3 — INFORMATION ABOUT ITEMS
- Nature of products: Julaï eyewear sold with its case and, where applicable, accessories (box, pouch, cleaning cloth, authenticity card).
- Descriptions: the essential characteristics are indicated on the product page. Visuals are illustrative; slight display variations (screen/rendering) do not affect conformity.
- Stock & availability: indicative display; in case of unavailability after order, Julaï will offer a refund or an alternative.
ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS
- Process: product selection, cart validation, entry of essential data, acceptance of the GTCS, secure payment.
- The order is binding after payment confirmation and issuance of the confirmation email.
- Julaï may refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, prior dispute, or non-compliance with the GTCS.
- The customer guarantees the accuracy of their information (address, email). Any consequences of an error (delay, non-delivery) are their responsibility.
ARTICLE 5 — PRICES
- Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges indicated before validation.
- Julaï may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the validated order.
- In case of an obvious pricing error, the order may be canceled and fully refunded.
ARTICLE 6 — PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment in full at the time of order by the secure means offered (card, online payment solutions).
- Payment data is processed by certified providers; Julaï does not retain the details.
- Payment refusal = order cancellation.
- Fraud prevention: additional checks may be carried out (anti-fraud verifications, shipment delay).
ARTICLE 7 — DELIVERY
- Address & areas: delivery to the indicated address. Serviced countries/territories are specified at checkout.
- Deadlines: indicative. No later than 30 days after the order, unless otherwise agreed. Beyond this, the customer may terminate the sale and obtain a refund.
- Transfer of risk: upon delivery to the customer or designated third party (carrier’s signature/scan is proof).
- Reservations: damaged package: make detailed reservations with the carrier and inform contact@maisonjulai.com within 48h.
- Failed delivery: in case of non-collection, reshipment possible at customer’s expense or refund (excluding specific costs incurred).
ARTICLE 7 BIS — IN-STORE DELIVERY
If the service is offered, the customer receives a notice of availability and collects the order with the confirmation email and ID. After the indicated deadline, the order may be canceled and refunded (excluding non-recoverable specific costs).
ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, REFUND & EXCHANGE
Legal period: 14 days from receipt to notify withdrawal, without reason. The customer then has 14 days to return the items.
Return conditions (Julaï eyewear + box)
- Items returned new, not worn outdoors, without micro-scratches, complete: eyewear, box, case, cloth, protections/films, cards & manuals.
- Original packaging intact and carefully protected; any deterioration or use beyond simple verification may result in a deduction corresponding to depreciation (Art. L221-23 Consumer Code).
- Customized items: excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. L221-28 3° Consumer Code).
- Procedure: request a return authorization number (RMA) from contact@maisonjulai.com, then follow the reshipment instructions.
- Return costs: borne by the customer unless attributable to Julaï or due to non-conformity.
Refunds & exchanges
- Refund via the original payment method within 14 days maximum from proof of shipment or actual receipt.
- Julaï may defer the refund until items are received or proof of reshipment is provided.
- Exchanges: subject to availability; otherwise, refund.

ARTICLE 9 — CONFORMITY, WARRANTIES & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
- Legal warranty of conformity: Julaï delivers a product conforming to the contract. In case of non-conformity within 2 years, the consumer is entitled to free compliance (repair/replacement) or, failing that, a price reduction or termination (Art. L217-3 et seq. Consumer Code).
- Warranty against hidden defects: the customer may act within 2 years from discovery (Art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code), return for refund or keep with price reduction.
- Exclusions: normal wear, damage resulting from improper use, shock, chemical contact, prolonged heat exposure, unauthorized intervention.
- After-sales service: contact contact@maisonjulai.com (diagnosis, handling terms, possible quote outside warranty).
ARTICLE 10 — CLAIMS, MEDIATION & INFORMATION
- Customer service: contact@maisonjulai.com.
- Consumer mediation: in case of failed amicable resolution, the consumer may freely refer to a competent consumer mediator.

Practical details (contact details of the chosen mediator) may be provided upon request or specified later on the Website.
ARTICLE 11 — FORCE MAJEURE
Julaï cannot be held liable for non-performance or delay due to an event of force majeure (unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event): disasters, health crises, labor disputes, massive outages, third-party acts, administrative decisions, etc.
ARTICLE 12 — DISPUTES, APPLICABLE LAW
These GTCS are governed by the law applicable to the consumer, without depriving them of the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence within the EU (including French law for customers residing in France). In case of a dispute, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with consumer protection rules (jurisdiction of the consumer’s domicile when required).
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
ARTICLE 1 — Order process
- The order is firm and final upon payment validation. A proof or preview may be submitted for approval.
- After validation, no modification or cancellation is possible unless attributable to Julaï.
ARTICLE 2 — Delivery
- Specific deadlines (manufacturing/finishing) indicated at the time of order. Shipment according to standard terms.
ARTICLE 3 — Return of customized items
- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal (Art. L221-28 3° Consumer Code). Returns accepted only in case of non-conformity or defect.
